These are the terms and conditions on which Kindling Stack supplies products to you, whether these are goods or services. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. 1. In some areas, you will have different rights under these terms depending on whether you are a business or consumer. You are a consumer if you are an individual and you are buying products from us wholly or mainly for your personal use, not for use in connection with your trade, business, craft or profession. If you are a business customer, these terms constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your purchase. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance or warranty made or given by or on behalf of us which is not set out in these terms and that you shall have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation based on any statement in these terms and conditions.
2. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and Kindling Stack. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline or conditions you have specified. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
3. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the details accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website. Being a natural pine wood product, there will be natural variations, but the parameters of each product’s specification, including our guaranteed moisture content and hand-packed sizing, are clearly shown on the website and may periodically be reviewed and amended by us.
4. If we are delivering goods to your property with our own vehicles, we will make good any damage to your property caused by us while doing so. However, we are not responsible for the cost of repairing any pre-existing faults or damage to your property that we discover while providing the services. If goods are being delivered to your property by our chosen third-party carrier, they will be responsible for any damage caused to your property whilst doing so. However, Kindling Stack will do whatever is possible to help sort the problem.
If you are a consumer, we only supply the products to you for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, our liability to you will be limited as per our personalized business agreement with you.
If your product does not meet the specification as clearly specified on the website for each product in relation to moisture content etc, then we guarantee to provide a full refund. Product should be stored as instructed, i.e. under cover to avoid the product getting wet. Any claims should be made within a ‘reasonable’ length of time after purchase. i.e. it is expected that any complaint would be made within 3 months of delivery. The Money Back Guarantee only relates to product quality and does not relate to delivery, as we may use a third party carrier, so some issues are out of our control.
